Aventura Mexicana Hotel Playa del Carmen

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The location was unbeatable, just steps away from 5th Avenue, the main pedestrian street. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The highlight of my stay was the peacefulness of my room, despite being so close to the bustling nightlife outside. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served by attentive and friendly staff in the mornings. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

The staff at check-in was prompt and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeper added nice touches with towel animals and tropical flowers. The restaurant served delicious food quickly and with fresh ingredients. The hotel had great yoga classes.

Felt very lucky to have found it, nothing to complain about.

Conveniently located, friendly staff, beautiful garden/pool area, clean and well-maintained. Tasty made-to-order breakfasts and reasonably priced restaurant. Nice separate pool for adults.

They were friendly and helpful, and even helped us with our luggage when it didn't arrive on time. the location of the hotel was perfect, right next to all the bars and restaurants. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the nightlife. And the best part was the 24, hour pool, it was so nice to be able to take a late, night swim after a day of exploring.

The moisture in the room, it made the air feel a bit damp. the shower was a bit outdated and reminded me of a construction site.

The perfect location near 5th Avenue shops and restaurants, friendly staff, beautiful garden breakfast, comfortable room, great shower pressure.

This hotel is perfect for those who want to stay close to everything! It is situated in the town centre and only a little stroll away from the beach. The hotel rooms are fully airconditioned, clean and comfortable with a lovely ambiance. They have a beautiful garden/ pool area for you to enjoy. The service is excellent, friendly and very helpful. The all-inclusive breakfast is delicious and you can enjoy cocktails at the bar. You can choose to relax by the pool or do yoga on your holiday.

One downside is the limited hot water capacity at times.

We stayed at this hotel for our last 2 nights in Mexico to watch the day of the dead parade. It was just a short walk to the lively party streets, but far enough to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. The room was clean and comfortable, albeit a bit outdated, but for the price, it was a steal. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was superb, close to the beach and the bustling 5th avenue for touristy downtown, as well as the local downtown on 30th avenue. great value for money and a fantastic stay.

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel in Playa del Carmen. The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site served delicious food and the bartender made some amazing cocktails. As two female travelers, we felt safe and secure during our entire stay. The hotel itself was beautiful and cozy, with a wonderful garden and comfortable rooms. We loved lounging by the pools after a long day of exploring. we highly recommend staying at Aventura Mexicana Hotel.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect - just steps away from 5th Avenue, yet still quiet and peaceful at night. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the clean and inviting pools, spa services, and daily yoga classes. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was a nice touch. We also appreciated the convenience of the parking and proximity to the collectivo stop.

Centrally located, this hidden gem is ideal for a quiet stay away from the city buzz. Spacious, well-equipped rooms and beautiful patios with palm trees and pools make the perfect spot to relax. Delicious meals and refreshing drinks at the on-site bar, supported by professional and friendly staff, always leave a lasting impression.

This hotel offers great value for money, with comfortable rooms and a beautiful garden/pool area. The location is superb, right in the center and surrounded by superb restaurants. The rustic decor of the rooms, with toilets in the bedroom, adds a unique touch. The breakfast, included in the price, offers nine tasty options to choose from, including jam and a hot drink of coffee.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of the city and surrounded by many bars and restaurants. You don't need to go far to find a place to eat or have a drink. Additionally, it is right next to the main shopping street, making it convenient for souvenir shopping.

The noise level at night can be unbearable due to a nearby nightclub. It is impossible to get a good night's sleep with the loud music and partygoers.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Mexico. First of all, the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided. The attention to detail was also impressive, with small touches that made a big difference. The location was perfect, right in between some superb restaurants in a very safe area. It was also near the street with animations, making it easy to explore the local area. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely pool and garden view. I particularly enjoyed having toilets in the bedroom, it was a unique feature that added extra convenience. I had a great experience at this hotel.

The only minor improvement that could be made is with the breakfast options. Although the breakfast was included, there were only coffee and 9 options to choose from.

The hotel had a beautiful tropical setting with lush green trees and a pretty garden. the main street and beach were within walking distance, making it a convenient location. the room was a good size, providing plenty of space for comfort. the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and a helpful porter.

The breakfast offered at the adjoining cafe was disappointing and lacked variety. the staff serving the breakfast seemed unfriendly and unenthusiastic.
